Jelly Powder 1. FUNCTION & APPLICATION: The product is a compound made from many kinds of high-natural gums. It is very crispy tasty with proper toughness and less water separated from it. 2.PRODUCTION DIRECTION FOR REFERENCE: Jelly powder: 0.3-1%; Sugar: 22%; Citric acid: 0.1%; Malic acid: 0.2%; Potassium sorbate: 0.04%; Sodium citrate: 0.15%; Essence: 0.08-0.1%; Right amount of coloring direction. 3.MAIN POINT OF PRODUCTION: Jelly powder Some sugar →Mix→dissolve in cold water and stand for at least 10 minutes Sodium citrate →heat to 60°C→add the remaining sugar→heat to 100°C→add potassium sorbate→filter with a 120 mash net→add water to expected volume and cool down into 75°C→add malic acid & citric acid→add flavors & colors→put to cans and seal→pasteurize at 80°C-85°C for 10-15 minutes in water→cool and dry.
